Lets Have a Party and Get Excited About Community Service!
Our Teen and Pre-Teen events are interactive and fun with the focus on reaching out to kids to learn about…. and get excited about Community Service. We encourage them to share their thoughts on how they can give back... to any group, project entity, neighbor etc. that they choose and how they can turn that into action!
We have teen mentors help facilitate the games and presentations and we get great feedback from kids and parents who attend. They tell us that it is not only really fun, but extremely inspiring. Parents tell us that their kids do in fact leave with ideas and enthusiasm to give back, and they follow up with actions. Even from the teens that were forced to come!

Teen to Teen Events Focus on Sharing Experiences & Ideas for Community Service...
Part of our mission at Guatemala Aid Fund is to engage kids in giving and to inspire them to think of community service as part of their everyday life...... that was our mission in starting the GAF Caring Kids Club
and we have expanded that to include this very interactive and fun outreach event for Teens and Pre-Teens.

2017 C aring Kids from Oak Grove Lutheran School in Fargo, North Dakota joined kids from Arlington High School, MA for three TEEN TO TEEN events to share personal experiences volunteering in Guatemala and ideas for service anywhere...
